 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Thane for an HR Recruiter at Watch Your Health. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Plan, monitor and execute organic Social media growth strategies on all relevant social media platforms for the company and its clients.
• Excellent and confident communicator to be able to understand and convey the strategies, and plan to the client and internal team.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts
• Write content for marketing and website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Developing and optimizing quality paid advertising campaigns across various networks such as Google Ads & Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and more. TikTok & Snapchat Ads are a bonus.

• Skills and experience in creative content writing (Important)
• Fair understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Working knowledge of Internet and SAAS tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc
• Exposure to SEO concepts
• Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential & existing clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

2. Conducting research on organizations to find new opportunities

3. Working on increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

5. Helping the team with various marketing initiatives

6. Assisting the team in developing quotes and proposals for clients

7. Coordinating with the development team to resolve customer issues, give demonstrations, and upsell & cross-sell

Job Description:                                           

• Knowledge in Linux Kernel development.
• Knowledge in microcontrollers
• Knowledge of Audio processing circuits based on ADC, DAC / Zynq 7Z010 / Xilinx /
• Zynq XC7Z010-2CLG400I / ARM processing / Interfacing with 24-bit Dual-channel
• Audio Codec (TLV320AIC23B)/ LInux /Uboot, Kernel Image / POSIX Environment.
• Knowledge in FPGA synthesis, simulation, and back end flows
• Bringing up Linux environment on ARM

Tech Stack :

PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, REST API, JQUERY, POSTGRESQL/MYSQL, MVC FRAMEWORK.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use

• Able to understand and create Documentation according to Client requirement.

Requirements:

• Ability to write clean, commented and maintainable code.
• Basic understanding of MVC frameworks.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proper understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Proven software development experience and Web application development skills.
• Understanding of startup culture.
• Good team player, Quick learner.

Client Acquisition - BDM role.

Job Description.

- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.

- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.

- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.

- Responsible for sales target.

-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.

- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB. 
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB. 
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required. 

- If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.

- 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)
