Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer who can bring interfaces and visuals to life. Your primary focus will be translating static UI designs into interactive motion and crafting engaging motion-driven visual content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both product-focused motion and visual storytelling. Freshers with strong fundamentals and a good eye are welcome to apply. You will get a chance to work on a range of projects spanning graphic design to interface design, with a lot of scope to experiment with your creative practice, you will also get a chance to collaborate on projects for some of the most well-known brands in the industry.

What You’ll Do

1. Convert static Figma UI screens into engaging UI animations and motion flows
2. Design micro-interactions, transitions, and motion behaviors that enhance usability
3. Maintain consistency in motion styles across projects
4. Optimize animations for different platforms and formats

What We’re Looking For

1. Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma- non negotiable
2. Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy)
3. Good sense of design, layout, and visual aesthetics Ability to translate static designs into clear, purposeful motion Attention to detail and willingness to iterate
4. Basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus

Bonus Points

1. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video tools
2. Exposure to product/UI motion design
3. Familiarity with design systems or scalable motion patterns
4. Interest in experimenting with new tools and workflows

Job Description

What will you do at Skillovilla ?

• Learn & understand Skillovillas products, prospective clients & services well.
• Understand customer needs, and requirements and correlate solutions and customer requirements
• Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel.
• Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
• Respond, engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries.
• Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Academic Qualification : Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (completed and pursuing final year students).

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge. 

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
