Position Overview
As an iOS developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications using SwiftUI. You will collaborate closely with the Product Managers and QA team to create efficient and user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using the SwiftUI.
- Create reusable code assets to avoid code duplication.
- Architecting the modules by keeping scalability in consideration.
- Writing Unit Tests and attempting to have maximum code coverage.
- Provide timely resolutions to support tickets by leveraging deep understanding of the codebase.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, offering insightful feedback to teammates.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry and have technical discussions with the team to exchange ideas.
Requirements
- Proficiency in either iOS SwiftUI with a willingness to learn the counterpart technology.
- Good understanding of mobile programming fundamentals like threading, efficient local database design, caching, internationalization, themes, geolocation, firebase and other such essentials.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to create root cause analyses.
- A Team player with exceptional cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Solid understanding of Version Control Systems such as Git.
Nice to have
- Contributions to open-source or personal projects showcasing expertise in Android Jetpack Compose, iOS SwiftUI, or KMM.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and MVVM paradigms.
- Experience working with Backend Developers to appropriately architect the APIs to be consumed in mobile apps or should have some experience building backend APIs.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Github actions for setting up release pipelines.
