ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll need to find ways to automate and productize solutions around course experience to improve efficiency
• Identify problems along the learner journey to understand and develop solutions to learner’s pain points
• Gather insights from across teams within the org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis
• Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher engagement, retention and customer delight(NPS)
• On an average day you’d be breaking down user problems, creating roadmaps, prioritizing with the team, running daily stand-ups, looking at customer issues, interacting with customers and collaborating with engineers, designers, operations, support team to help create value

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in Chennai. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

LogiNext is looking for a technically savvy and passionate QA Lead to cater to the testing efforts in the domain of manual testing. You will help the team in building an awesome manual platform from scratch and test the product for quality & stability.

You should have hands-on experience in testing and writing test case to develop and execute exploratory tests in order to ensure product quality. You will have to estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will also have to ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system. You should have strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement & execute the test cases for product features
• Identify, record & track the bugs or enhancements early in the release life cycle
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and support testing quick patches to production
• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create repeatability in testing that enables and validates high quality releases
• Identify functional/non-functional issues and come up with scalable resolutions
• Engage actively with cross functional teams to enable timely delivery through good planning, proactive communication and timely execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 11 to 14 years of relevant experience in the testing domain for SaaS products
• Hands-on experience in non-functional testing skills like Load Testing, Performance Testing and Security Testing
• Experience in testing APIs, web and mobile applications
• Experience in automation of web and mobile platforms
• Experience in working on Linux/Unix environment
• Knowledge of DevOps is an added advantage
• Understanding of Software Development (preferably Java) and Continuous Integration Systems
• Experience with testing on AWS environments

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
