Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Ecommerce- Content Quality to review product listings and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of product images, descriptions, and specifications with the actual products. The ideal candidate will have prior eCommerce experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product listings to ensure accuracy in images, descriptions, and specifications.
• Cross-check product images with descriptions to maintain consistency and eliminate discrepancies.
• Identify, document, and report mismatches or errors in product data, working closely with the content team and vendors to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to ensure all product details are up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with merchandising, content, and IT teams to address product data accuracy issues.
• Utilize MS Excel to track, analyze, and report discrepancies or trends in product data accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across product categories to enhance user experience.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to incorrect product data.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce quality control or product data management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in product content.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Familiarity with Product Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product accuracy checks.

Desired Skills

• Experience with image/content validation tools or eCommerce testing software.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for product content and listings.
• Familiarity with web design standards and basic HTML is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

Create a consumer facing front end application that will be used by millions of users.

What you will do:

• Develop our mobile apps using React Native.
• Work with backend, frontend, and other developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Work with our designers and customer success team to create a seamless user experience.
• Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

3-5 years with technical hands-on experience in building a consumer mobile app. You must have shipped an app to the stores.

Technical Expertise:

• 3-5 years experience Android/iOS native apps or React Native based apps and Web front-end technologies such as React. 
• Strong command of JavaScript ES6.
• Know how to build (fairly) complex layouts without using any CSS frameworks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills using data structures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bias for action shipping quality code quickly.

• Will be Handling End to End Recruitment process
• Will be Accountable for Recruiting through Job portals, social media platform and conducting mass recruitment drive in places like Colleges, Corporates, etc.
• Should be responsible to Reach Targets and deadlines.
• Maintenance of reports is mandatory.

Product Designers will use our client's existing design system to produce workflows for enterprise software.

• The most qualified candidate will have experience collaborating with Product teams and Engineers and should be comfortable taking requirements from Product teams to create high fidelity designs and occasional prototypes.
•  The Product Designer will ensure that the visual styles embody the business goals of the product, and keep up with best practices and design trends.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar position required.
• Experience building and shipping software
• Familiarity with Principle, Marvel, Abstract, InVision or Jira applications
• Knowledge of design systems such as Styled Components
