Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality Flutter applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
• Work with databases, authentication, push notifications, and other mobile services.
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, stability, security, and scalability.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and industry trends.

Flutter Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
• Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working with mobile development.
• At least 1 to 2 years experience in Flutter Development.
• Should have knowledge about chat applications and technologies like Socket.io and Websockets are highly preferred.
• Deployed at least 3 complete apps with REST APIs linked.
• Cross-platform mobile app developers who have developed mobile apps with familiarity with Flutter

• Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Firebase Auth, Dart, Bloc, Cubit, MVC, Socket.io, Websockets, Providers, Network Callm Web Support, Offline Apps, Local Storage (or Sqflite), Google Maps API, Google Material Design are the preferred tech stack.
• Know how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Experience with version control such as Git and GitHub.
• Native android requirements like Kotlin, XML, Android Life Cycle, crash reporting tools and usage tracking tools are a bonus
