Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Node.js Developer to lead and deliver scalable solutions, drive best practices, and mentor engineers. Strong Node.js expertise is mandatory (MERN experience welcome with Node.js depth).

Mandatory Skills :

Key Responsibilities :

• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks. Proactively identify areas of technical debt and drive initiatives to reduce it.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and distributed systems.

Required experience:

• Minimum 1.5 to 2 year of experience in Web & Backend Development using Python with experience in some form of Machine Learning ML Algorithms

Overview

We are looking for Python developers with a strong understanding of object orientation and experience in web and backend development. Experience with Analytical algorithms and mathematical calculations using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas are a must. Experience in some form of Machine Learning.
