Established in 2005, Shimbi Labs was born with the idea of developing simple, powerful yet affordable software. At Shimbi Labs, we create beautiful software to solve business problems.
We're designers, programmers, writers, speakers, bikers, engineers, runners, developers, chefs, homemakers, tuk-tuk drivers, drivers, readers, travelers, lawyers, accountants, gardeners, volunteers, parents, and hard workers.
With such a diverse group of people from different places and interests, we bring a unique perspective to everything we do.
We started with two people, and today we're a company of about 50 spread out across 10 + different cities worldwide. We are registered as an Indian company in Pune, but everyone at Shimbi Labs is free to live and work wherever they want.
Everyone who works at Shimbi Labs interacts with our customers regularly. That's why we're especially careful about whom we hire. You enjoy the excitement of developing new software, mobile apps, and you have a vision for building stable, reliable, and performant systems.
You must have solid foundational knowledge in software development and debugging.
You might have a Computer Science or Engineering degree, or you might not. Your university is not what we're looking for. We care about what you can do at work and how you do it.
This is a remote job. You're free to work where you work best, anywhere in the world: home, co-working space, coffee shops.

Pay and benefits
