Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js, as well as a solid understanding of back-end development, including database management and data structures and algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate will have experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and be proficient in using Git for version control. Experience in building SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Work on front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop robust back-end systems, integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Implement and optimize data structures and algorithms (DSA) to ensure efficient application performance.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SaaS platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

• Utilize Git for version control, ensuring code quality and consistency across projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, and Next.js.

• Strong understanding of rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and React Server Components (RSC).

• Experience with state management: Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand or similar libraries.

• Experience with design systems and expertise in building reusable, modular, and component-driven front-end architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong back-end development skills, with experience in databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.

• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA).

• Experience in building and maintaining SaaS platforms.

• Proficiency in using Git for version control.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team to help build and maintain HappyFox’s product offerings.

• You will consistently ship features and improvements and lead a team of engineers working on our product roadmap.
• You will oversee software architecture, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes and perform code reviews to ensure exceptional code quality.

• Develop new-user facing features using React.Js and Redux, D3.Js
• Build robust, reusable, and easy to maintain components.
• Translate designs and mock-ups into high quality code.
• Work closely with the Support team and Product team to identify issues and bugs in the platform and fix it.
• Completely own the SDLC of your tickets. From dev to production.
• Talk to existing clients about platform bugs and ensure the bugs are fixed.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with React.js and Redux
• You are a well-organised self-starter with excellent communication skills
• You have thorough and demonstrable understanding of React.js and it’s core principles
• You have experience with code versioning (GIT) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Circle, etc.) tools
• You have ability to translate business requirements into high quality, high performance code
• You are familiar with RESTful API’s
• You enjoy working independently with minimal supervision
• You have broad understanding and experience in Javascript based technologies
• You are comfortable working in fast paced environment
• You are familiar and up-to-date with common front-end dev tools (e.g. Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc..)

We are looking to add someone to our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will need to have great graphics and content writing experience for SEO purpose. You will be required to build websites with a contact mangement system called wordpress. You will be required to work independently from your home. You must have internet access and a computer. Hours to work is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 M-F. You must be available during that time and you will need to be able to communicate via skype through screen sharing and must speak and understand the English language a plus.
