• Minimum of 6 months of real-time experience in React/Node.js/Angular
• Good understanding of structured and unstructured databases (MySQL and MongoDB)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is an added advantage
• Experience in implementing well-known React workflows such as Redux
• Ability to learn new technologies and languages quickly
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience with Javascript backend framework like Express.js
• Good time-management skills
• Experience with Restful API services
• Delivering a complete front end application
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Deep knowledge of Angular/Node.js/React practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Good knowledge in Javascript and able to handle Array & Objects built-in methods
• A Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A good team player

Have at least 2 years of experience with two or more development languages. Experience

working on Python is a MUST and that on JAVA is nice to have.

• Experience in building web platform with Angular 9+ (React could be an alternative) is a MUST
• Experience in building applications with containerization like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in writing relatively complex DB queries (preferably SQL Server, MySQL). Experience working on No-SQL DB is nice to have.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs using Python and web frameworks such as Spring MVC, Flask
• Experience in working in any of the ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, SQLObject, Storm, Django
• Skillful in writing high-quality, well-tested code
• Proficient in Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks (such as ag-Grid, D3) to build in-app reports is nice to have

• Key competencies required: Problem-Solving, Analytical, Collaboration, and Accountability
• An influencer by always advocating for technical excellence and innovation while being open to change when needed

• Resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• Advantage if has a working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure
• Efficiently utilize DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software
• Have knowledge of Test Driven Development

• Manage a team of talented engineers and oversee daily execution
• Work with product managers in planning sprints and task estimation
• Remove roadblocks for teams and increase delivery velocity
• Provide technical leadership to the team
• Be Technical SME in client meetings
• Be a stickler for code quality, test coverage
• Coach and grow engineering team

To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering quality products.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, React JS tech stacks
• Experience in building high performance web applications/APIs
• Top notch analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Should have proven ability to build, lead and develop a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as provide the team with a clear overview of the priorities
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
