At Tiluf, We are looking for a React Native & Android native (Java + Kotlin) expert, who is extremely passionate about exploring and learning new areas and interested in working on a new-age hyper-reality social network that's changing how people interact with others around them and working on AI/Ml based parallels in collaboration with "Meta" around body augmentation and generative AI in AR.

Mandatory:

• Previous experience and expertise working with React-native and Android native: > 3 years
• Experience in writing node modules/bridges
• Should be comfortable with relocating to Bangalore. Team Tiluf greatly enjoys working together in the same office space.

Location: Tiluf, opp. JPMorgan, Marathalli, Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Making the Tiluf exosystem more efficient, scalable, instant, and user-friendly so that it can cater to millions of users around the world.
• Working in collaboration with "Meta" on AI/Ml based parallels focusing on body augmentation and generative AI in AR.
• Working on improving the in-house XR technology.
• Designing architecture for the system to make it more efficient and scalable.
• Collaborating with UI/UX team for making a world-class user experience
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to make automated marketing in-app flows.
• Collaborating with the Community team to make the product as engaging as possible.

Required Skills:

• Coding Ninja - great at writing logic and designing architecture.
• Expertise in native Android(Java + kotlin)
• Knowledge and interest in AI/Ml - https://developers.google.com/ar/develop/java/machine-learning - This will be the starting point
• Expertise in React Native
• Rock-solid at working with and writing native modules/bridges.
• Always motivated to take the lead and learn new things.
• 3 + years of a firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax, and have the ability to write well-documented clean Javascript code.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Redux-saga, AsyncStorage

Job Description:

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, Unit test.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network connections, Rest API'sand scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.
• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Leveraging community libraries to efficiently complete development tasks.
• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.
• Persisting data for offline-first apps using databases such as Realm.
• Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
• Familiar with Version control system such as GIT.

- Writing clear, maintainable and testable code.

- Experience with Git

- Experience in Cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter. Prior experience developing with Flutter is a plus.

- Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter and/or for the web, is required.

- Additionally, deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps is desired.

- Expertise in Android development is preferred.

- Minimum of 2-3 years full-time mobile development experience (Android or iOS or cross-platform).

- Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android.

- Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strong zest for continuous improvement.

- E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.

- Experience launching and managing Production mobile apps.

- Experience authoring, testing, and deploying code mission-critical applications.

- Debugging mobile apps using simulators and related tooling.

- Developing and releasing complex, data-driven map based apps using Native as the primary application framework.

- Persisting data for offline-first apps using flutter Developing reusable UI Components or libraries.

- Networking and integrating third-party APIs using Flutter.

- Experience developing integrations with common APIs (e.g., Firebase, Twitter, Instagram, Stripe, Youtube, Google etc.)

- Knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms.

- Knowledge of OOPs principles.

- Working understanding of Relational NoSQL Databases

- Mindset to take up project individually.

- Experience working in an agile development process.
