Job description

CGLIA is looking for IT Recruiters who have expertise in hiring through LinkedIn and other social media sites. This position is to work from our office. The Recruiter will understand the requirements and identify effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods that work for the organization screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers Coordinate with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, Initiate campus hiring, and hiring with the finishing schools.
