
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evaluate user workflows, journeys, and interaction flows for digital products
- Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes or prototypes purely for concept validation and usability testing
- Conduct usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation sessions with users
- Identify friction points, usability issues, and workflow gaps before product development
- Translate business and product ideas into testable concepts and scenarios
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and improve workflows early in the lifecycle
- Iterate on workflows and concepts based on user feedback, testing insights, and behavioral observations
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve product experience and usability
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release
