Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee at our office in Rajarhat. The Back Office Employee will handle administrative tasks, support operational workflows, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Daily responsibilities include managing communications, supporting customer service queries, assisting financial processes, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively and resolve queries
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes to support departmental activities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment

Your primary responsibility will be to develop UI components, processes, documentation, and an organisation-wide style guide that can be reused across all applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express, and related technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and functionality
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in web application development using Node.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with popular libraries and frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, and Mongoose
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, REST, and WebSockets

Required Experience

· 3+ years of relevant technical experience as a data analyst role

· Intermediate / expert skills with SQL and basic statistics

Job Responsibilities:
• Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates according to customer requirements and company policies.
• Develop testing protocol for various aspects, such as usability, database impact, error and bug finding, regression testing, and implementation scenarios.
• Identify, analyse and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.

• Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase or project as needed to ensure replicability, compliance with standards, and growth of company knowledge base.

Job Skills Required
• Experience in Automated and Manual QA Processes (Bug tacking/reporting, root-cause analysis, documentation...)
• Experience with Java, Git Source control, Selenium, Appium
• Experience with Web and Mobile testing frameworks/tools such as selenium, appium and selendroid on native and hybrid Android apps.
• Experience with designing and developing web and mobile test automation solutions on a framework level from scratch
• Experience with build tools, test harness and reporting tools such as Maven, Gradle, TestNG, JUnit, Extent report, Allure report
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting android apps.
Familiarity with CICD pipeline will be an added advantage with the tools such as Travis CI, Circle CI
