Job Description: ServiceNow GRC/ IRM
Requirement:
- Design and Implementation: Develop, configure, and implement modules within the ServiceNow IRM application to support risk management processes, including Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
- Customization and Integration: Customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including the creation of forms, workflows, and reports. Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and platforms to enhance risk visibility and reporting.
- Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and other programming tools to develop functionalities, including business rules, client scripts, and orchestrations.
- Process Improvement: Analyse current risk management processes and recommend solutions for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to users of the IRM module, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to promote best practices.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of solutions prior to implementation, ensuring reliability and performance, and assist in validating changes with user acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST,
ISO 27001).
Certifications – CIS IRM/GRC Certified
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working on ServiceNow GRC or IRM Module as a
developer
Good Now Platform knowledge
Ability to understand the pain points related to Risk, Policy and Audit Management along
with Third Party Risk Management to provide solutions in ServiceNow
Mainline Certifications optional : CIS – Risk & Compliance and
CIS - Third Party Risk Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to
backend web services
● Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable
REQUIREMENTS
● Proficiency in the standard Android tech stack - JAVA, Kotlin, Android SDK, Android
Studio, SDK, adb, Layout Editor etc
● Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns, MVC, MVVM,
Dependency Injection and more
● Restful API, JSON Parsing, XML Parsing, Retrofit Network Libraries
● Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
● Experience of working with multi-language, multi-screen resolutions
● Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
● Excellent Android technical issue diagnosis and problem solving skills
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
● Experience with Python Django / DRF is a plus.

Job Scope
- Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Data Migration: Perform/Support Data Migration as required
- Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project.
- Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements/issues of the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business needs.


Understanding of enterprise application development and deployment.
Good understanding OOPS and Design Patterns and experience of tools like Enterprise Architect.
Good knowledge of RDBMS design, programming and DBA concepts and experience of working in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Good Design, Coding and Testing skills.
Knowledge and exposure to Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise
Service Bus and application Integration (using middleware).
Experience of working in electricity utility domain – preferably in
EA/AMR/AMI/EMS/IT System Integration/ERP (for Utilities) projects
Mobility based software development, GPRS, GSM Knowledge of BI tools implementation.
Experience in mobility based applications will be an added advantage.
