Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and seamless experiences throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Provide travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Upsell travel packages and add-on services to enhance client experiences.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings at once.

Experience: (4-6 years) Mid-senior level. 

A user experience designer role is required for the overall solution interface design that is built by multidisciplinary teams in India and UK and used globally.  

The person 

• 4+ years of experience in a design role with demonstrated success. 
• Can think from product design to interaction design and graphic design understanding user psychology. A mix of both product management and UX design abilities. 
• Prototyping skills to make high fidelity interactive wireframes using Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools. Experience in making data visualizations. Ability to conduct user research, understand stakeholder requirements and create UX strategy for the product.  
• Ability to develop design guides, set standards and drive rational and satisfying experiences.  Thinks through various scenarios, user flows and states of a product. 
• Makes sure the interface is intuitive/self-evident and has necessary visual cues to get users started. 
• Ability to filter the ethos of the company which is focused on simplicity and choice into every feature of design. 
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ship products. 
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends. 
• Should have great attention to detail. 
• To showcase a portfolio of works that demonstrate the desired skills. Ideally have an Interaction Design or related degree at the bachelor or master level.

Business Technology Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a Business-Technology Project Manager, we expect the candidate to bring in the Right liaison between Business and Technology as a part of technology solutions implementation. He/she will be responsible for: 

• B.Tech/B.E (preferably in Computer Science Engineering) 
• 7+ years of hands-on programming experience in building data-driven REST APIs, services & platforms using advanced Java frameworks like Spring, Redis, Node.js etc. with deep focus on integration & scale.
• We also look for hands-on experience with Mysql, Elasticsearch (or Solr) and Nosql stores.
• Our evaluation starts with focus on computer science fundamentals, data structures & algorithms.
• You will have been learning new technologies every week and prefer folks who can use golang/rust for backend development and are familiar with equivalent data stores, index stores and pub-sub technologies.

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

• Must have full life cycle experience of US Staffing
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

• Willing to work in Night Shift Monday to Friday (7.30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
