Requirements: 

Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies in developing Web, Distributed Enterprise and Interoperable Applications. 

Expert level programming skills in Java OOPS concepts. 

Expertise in Spring boot ,Microservices 

Experience in using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX RS, Spring Rest using JSON and XML. 

Good to have Experience in developing SOAP API using JAX WS with (XML, XSD, DTD, WSDL). 

Good to have knowledge in Struts (Struts 1.0, JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Servlets) 

Prior hands-on experience & Knowledge in Docker & Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture (developing applications on cloud platforms) 

Good experience and understanding in Caching, Distributed/Scalable Architecture. 

Expertise in using GOF Design Patterns, Data Structures & Algorithms and reactive programming technologies 

Experience in Unit Testing Frameworks. 

Must have Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

Experience with Product development companies will be preferred 

Experience in Gaming Domain using WebSockets in java will be preferred

Position: New Product Development / Procurement Manager 

• Handle personal care product development with contract Manufacturers
• Procurement and Negotiation with Manufacturers and packaging vendors 
• Experience in Business development role for Contract Manufacturer is plus
• Min 3-4 years experience in personal care contract manufacturing
• Fit for startup hustle 

Responsibilities:

-Managing NPD process right from ideation, feasibility and capability to launch of new products.
- Creating networks and timelines, identifying critical path, anchoring task forces and managing key stakeholders to deliver project milestones
- Categorizing projects based on size of opportunity and business needs to simplify, standardize and accelerate product launches in market
- Managing contract manufacturers & P2P procurement

Job Description:

• Understand business model and create project roadmap. Break down the big requirements into smaller chunks and prioritize as per the business outcome
• Actively work with product and technology team in a seamless manner
• Coordinate with the User Experience team to design the final intuitive UI and define the overall tech solution along with the IT team
• Leading project planning sessions
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Create User Journey as per Business expectations along with well-defined user cases, wire frames and workflow diagram

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• Proven ability to lead, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage interactions across Project life Cycle

• Strong product design skills from both a technical API integration and user interface design perspective
• Excellent Project Management skills and experience working in Agile fashion
• Excellent communication skills to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional/technical deep dives
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills over performance matrices such as engagement, retention, conversion funnel, etc.

• Experience in a fin-tech domain is a plus.

• Scheduling of telephone interviews
• Scheduling of complex interview loops often involving up to seven participants in multiple time zones
• Updating in-house recruiting systems
• Liaising with candidates
• Attending management meetings

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
• Prior experience of working on high volume recruiting campaigns

• Diploma in HR, Business Management, or similar
• Several years prior experience of working in an HR or recruiting function in an administration or coordination capacity
• Extensive experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in supporting full life-cycle recruiting function within a corporate or recruitment agency environment
• Previous experience in a complex matrix organization
• Technology industry experience
