The UX Designer is responsible for creating user-cantered designs for websites, mobile applications, and software platforms. The role focuses on enhancing usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and delightful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement new features.
4. Create and refine UI elements like menus, buttons, and navigation structures.
5. Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
6. Present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
7. Ensure all designs align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience with user research tools and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
2. Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and user psychology.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Attention to detail and effective time management.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Section 1 -
- Responsible for managing and providing L1 support to Build, design, deploy and maintain the implementation of Cloud solutions on AWS.
- Implement, deploy and maintain development, staging & production environments on AWS.
- Familiar with serverless architecture and services on AWS like Lambda, Fargate, EBS, Glue, etc.
- Understanding of Infra as a code and familiar with related tools like Terraform, Ansible Cloudformation etc.
Section 2 -
- Managing the Windows and Linux machines, Kubernetes, Git, etc.
- Responsible for L1 management of Servers, Networks, Containers, Storage, and Databases services on AWS.
Section 3 -
- Timely monitoring of production workload alerts and quick addressing the issues
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Backup and DR process.
Section 4 -

- Responsible for leading cloud implementation projects with end-to-end execution.
