What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to fill the roles in the timeline needed
• Work on employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Optimise interview process
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Train the interview panel to be able to screen candidates effectively for tech as well as culture and value alignment
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Organize and conduct campus placement drives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communicator
• Well-organized
• A strategic thinker

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.
• Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.
• Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
• Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
• Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes.
• Preparing sample advertisements for clients.

▪ Acting as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.

▪ Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

communication.

▪ Identifying and assessing customers’ needs.

▪ Servicing customer in finding the right tenant /house as per the requirement of customer.

▪ Dialing outbound and attending inbound calls from customers and leads.

▪ Using internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.

▪ Negotiating with leads on behalf of customers.

▪ Keeping customers up-to date on the progress of his account.

▪ Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

▪ Going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

• Good Communication skills (Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional languages).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience working on teams to develop and deploy web or mobile applications
• Expertise with Javascript and NodeJS; knowledge of frameworks such as React.js is a big plus
• Experience writing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Expertise with data modeling
• Proficiency with git and Github workflows
• Expertise with test-driven development and automated testing
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL datastore
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Open to learn and work on new technologies
