Job Overview:

LMDmax is hiring a dedicated US Recruiter for the night shift, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in Non-IT recruitment, managing high-volume calls, and handling the entire recruitment process. This role requires making 100–150 calls daily during peak hours and onboarding qualified candidates for Non-IT roles across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate Non-IT candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct 100–150 US calls per day to engage with potential candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activities.
• Negotiate compensation packages, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Onboard selected candidates and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and hiring processes
• Experience with high-volume recruitment, handling 100–150 calls per day
• Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST)

Job Responsibilities

Experience- 1.5+ years

* Write and post technical job descriptions.

* Identify specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls.

* Screening candidates and matching them to appropriate positions.

* Screening candidates for experience, availability, interest level, salary range, etc.

* Recruit through internal database, references and external entities such as Naukri, Indeed and professional network on LinkedIn.

* Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience in Technical Recruitment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience with multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.

* Experience in hiring for roles like – Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Analysts, Mobile app developers, Front-End and Back-End Developers etc.

• Sourced qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screened resumes, conducted initial HR interviews, and evaluated candidates based on technical and communication skills.
• Coordinated interview schedules and maintained regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Built and maintained relationships with clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
• Handled vendor management, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
• Negotiated compensation, rates, and joining timelines with candidates and vendors.
• Maintained recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.
• Ensured timely closures while meeting hiring targets and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Worked closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
