- Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting
- Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.
- Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
- Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
- Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography Act as a liaison between candidate and management.
- Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
