Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features to collect, process, and deliver user-generated content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling initiatives.
• Maintain and improve application reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience using Java/Kotlin and AWS.
• Hands-on experience in API development for front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and handling large datasets.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Drone).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub) and idempotent patterns.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with automated database migration tools (Liquibase, Flyway).
• Experience with cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP Cloud Storage, Azure Blob) or document data stores (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker and deploying to ECS or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Required Skillset

·       The candidate should be well-versed in advanced off-page SEO methodologies like link-building, influencer collaboration, guest blogging, and content promotion.

·       Profound knowledge of on-page SEO, such as keyword optimization, meta tags, title improvement, URL structure, user experience, and conversion rate optimization, is necessary.

·       Must have relevant experience in team leadership, workflow organization, and project management.

·       Should be capable of devising, articulating, and implementing successful SEO strategies for enhanced website performance and ranking.

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude is required for articulate interactions with the team and other stakeholders.

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is a prerequisite for effective data analytics and reporting.

·       Record-keeping ability and advanced skills in data reporting, with a clear understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, is a must.

·       Should be able to conceptualize innovative solutions for achieving high quality and authoritative link-building.

·       The capability to quickly identify and rectify issues impacting the SEO performance of the website is required.

·      A proven track record in SEO showcasing improved SEO performance is crucial.

Job Description

·       Guide the SEO team in applying best SEO practices to all online content.

·       Oversee and manage SEO team's workflow to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.

·       Formulate effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Role will determine the process and strategy to be used in software design at a project level (Agile, top-down, bottom up, stepwise refinement, use of patterns and pattern languages, iterative and incremental processes etc.) and has a deep Understanding of the software development lifecycle and has knowledge of the overall application development space combined with understanding of the business and domain. • Experience in creating project charter for the project to clearly list out project objectives, duration, milestones, etc.
• Should have lead a team of Application and database developers and is competent to train/assist them on all their Technical requirements that come up as part of their day to day assignments
• Experience in developing web application with C#, MVC 5, ASP.Net, Web API
• Sound working experience in any one of the JS frameworks including advanced JS frameworks for web comprising of Angular, React, Backbone.
• Hands on HTML/5, CSS, Advance jQuery & JavaScript and advance knowledge of designing HTML pages with JQuery.
• Prior experience of bootstrap for managing highly dynamic & scalable browser-based UI.
• Hands on experience in writing high performance SQL queries, in SQL Server 2014/ 2016 or MYSQL will be preferred.
• Should be proficient at Cloud concepts & guiding principles - Various cloud solution like AWS, AZURE, OPENSHIFT, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Google etc. and their key features, advantages and disadvantages
• Should be proficient at T-SQL programming and development
• Identify production and non-production application issues and assist team with optimal solution.
• Supporting creation of thought leadership (POVs, research papers) in the field of programming
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net developed projects, including periodic code review.
• Should have worked with Gantt charts or similar planning tools and should have prior experience in reporting/MIS

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Professional work experience of 15 to 20 years including 5 to 7 years in a leadership role.
