The Opportunity :

We are a global technology consultancy driving large-scale digital transformations for the Fortune 500. As a strategic partner to Google, we help enterprise clients navigate complex data landscapes migrating legacy systems to the cloud, optimizing costs, and turning raw data into executive-level insights.

We are seeking a Data Analyst who acts less like a technician and more like a Data Consultant. You will blend deep technical expertise in SQL and ETL with the soft skills required to tell compelling data stories to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do :

- Strategic Cloud Data Architecture : Lead high-impact data migration projects. You will assess a client's legacy infrastructure and design the logic to move it to the cloud efficiently (focusing on scalability and security).

- Cost and Performance Optimization : Audit and optimize cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). You will use logical reasoning to hunt down inefficiencies, optimize queries, and restructure data models to save clients significant operational costs.

- End-to-End Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT) : Build and maintain robust data pipelines. Whether its streaming or batch processing, you will ensure data flows seamlessly from source to dashboard using modern frameworks.

- Data Storytelling & Visualization : This is critical. You will build dashboards (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) that don't just show numbers but answer business questions. You must be able to present these findings to C-suite clients with clarity and confidence.

- Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical rigor and logical deduction to solve unstructured business problems (e.g., Why is our user retention dropping?).

What We Are Looking For :

1. Core Competencies :

- Logical Reasoning : You possess a deductive mindset. You can break down ambiguous client problems into solvable technical components without needing hand-holding.

- Advanced SQL Mastery : You are fluent in complex SQL (Window functions, CTEs, stored procedures) and understand how to write query-efficient code for massive datasets.

- Communication Skills : You are an articulate storyteller who can bridge the gap between engineering jargon and business value.

2. Technical Experience :

- Cloud Proficiency : 3+ years of experience working within a major public cloud ecosystem (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Note : While we primarily use Google Cloud (BigQuery, Looker), we value strong architectural fundamentals over specific tool knowledge.

- Data Engineering & ETL : Experience with big data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Apache Beam, Databricks, or cloud-native equivalents).

- Visualization : Proven mastery of at least one enterprise BI tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).

A full-stack developer is a versatile professional who has expertise in both front-end and back-end web development. They are responsible for building and maintaining all aspects of a web application or software product. Here are some key roles and responsibilities typically associated with full-stack developers:

1. Front-end Development:

• User Interface (UI) Design: Designing the user interface of web applications to ensure they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• HTML/CSS: Creating the structure and styling of web pages using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
• JavaScript: Writing client-side code to add interactivity and functionality to web applications. Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js is often required.

1. Back-end Development:

• Server-side Programming: Developing server-side logic and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) using programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby, Node.Js(Node), or React Js(React).
• Database Management: Designing and managing databases, including creating schemas, writing SQL queries, and using database management systems like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Server Configuration: Setting up and configuring web servers, such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS, and deploying applications.

1. Integration and APIs:

• Building and integrating third-party APIs and services into web applications.
• Developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs to allow communication between the front-end and back-end components.

1. Version Control:

• Using version control systems like Git to track changes in code and collaborate with other developers.

1. Security:

• Ensuring the security of web applications by implementing authentication, authorization, and other security measures.
• Protecting against common web vulnerabilities like SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

1. Testing and Debugging:

• Writing unit tests, integration tests, and performing debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of the code.

1. Deployment and DevOps:

• Deploying web applications to production servers and managing the deployment process.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), is often beneficial.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in web applications to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness.

1. Collaboration:

• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver functional solutions.

1. Maintenance and Updates:

• Regularly updating and maintaining web applications to ensure they remain compatible with evolving technologies and security standards.

1. Documentation:

• Creating documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture to facilitate future development and troubleshooting.

1. Problem Solving:

• Full-stack developers need strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

1. Continuous Learning:

• Staying updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to enhance skills and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Full-stack developers play a crucial role in the development lifecycle of web applications, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Their ability to work on both front-end and back-end components makes them valuable assets in web development teams.

 4 to 8 years of experience.

Certification A2 or any

Azure Component Provisioning.

Hands-on experience on configuring and troubleshooting application gateway firewall, load balancers, VM/Disk encryption, Azure vaults, network security group, web application firewalls.

Hands-on experience and troubleshooting on Azure Virtual Network Gateway, ExpressRoute,Azure chatbot services.

Hands-on experience on Azure Automation with hands skills in PowerShell.

Extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.

Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems (Centos and Ubuntu).

Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.

Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures.

Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade Windows/Linux Server operating systems.

Knowledge of network architecture and design, network security, Web sites/Portal security and client/server security.

Experience with configuration management single sign on with azure active directory.

Server performance monitoring and apply the solution to increase the performance if needed.

Cost management and cost analysis.

Backup and disaster recovery administration.

SSL/App services certificates configuration with Linux and windows-based websites/portals.

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart

5. Based on the situations you can contribute individually or work with team and make work productive and fun
6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
