We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is creative, curious, and genuinely excited about building intuitive, beautiful financial products. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to shape the experiences people interact with every day — and own your work end to end. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design user interfaces for mobile apps and web products — from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing — and let insights drive your decisions.
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guides for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering — iterate based on feedback, test assumptions, and evolve designs.

WHAT YOU NEED
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals — typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with Figma (or similar tools) — comfortable designing, prototyping, and collaborating.
• Understanding of user-centered design — empathy, research methods, and iterative design thinking.
• Portfolio with 2-3 strong projects that show your design thinking and problem-solving process.
