🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience with React.js (front-end) and Node.js/Express (back-end).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Prior experience in AI/ML, healthcare, or enterprise software.
• Must Have: Bachelors in Engineering from IIT/NIT/IIIT or similar institutions.
• Good to have: Experience in AI focused startups, early-stage teams, or as a founding engineer.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across the stack (front-end + back-end).
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and other engineers to take features from concept to production.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using [React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, or your tech stack].
• Work on database design and API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and set up best practices for the team.
• Be hands-on with debugging, testing, and performance tuning.

JAVA, JSP, jQuery, Servlet, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring boot, SOAP and REST Web Services, Microservices, knowledge of SQL query, build tool like Ant and Maven, very good analytical and logical skills.

Good to have: Redis and Memcached cache management, JBOSS 7 and above, API gateway, Apache, EJB

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a front-end developer
• Experienced in developing applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Redux Saga, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3/CSS4 and other UI technologies.
• Understanding and experience with ES6 concepts, asynchronous processing, partial page refresh, DOM traversal and manipulation.
• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description languages like Swagger.
• Comfortable writing Unit Test Cases (Enzyme/ Jest)
• Familiar with cloud services: AWS, Dev-ops such as Git, Jira, Confluence
• Good to have experience/knowledge of

Responsibilities

• Engage in high level conversations about business strategy and the role tech plays in it

Add-Ons/Interview Process

• You should be comfortable working in a Start-up for in-house product development.
• Will not be engaged with any Client, but with the internal team (in India & the US).
• Will be provided a hands-on exercise to complete and submit as a part of interview.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive who possesses a strong drive for results. The ideal candidate should showcase the following skills - 

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proven customer support experience of 1-3 years
• Engaging with customers and earning their trust
• Building sustainable relationships with customers
• Patient, empathetic, self-motivated
• Experience with CRM and tool handling
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer/IT Engineering
• Prior experience in Ed-tech platform is mandatory

Following are the day-to-day roles and responsibilities - 

• Making outbound calls to registered users, interacting with them, providing necessary information, and resolving any queries
• Taking inbound calls from customers to resolve any queries or complaints
• Accurately explaining all details of courses offered to parents and students
• Ensuring a smooth journey for customers, from registering to completing a demo session
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Having inside-out knowledge of our product and course offerings
• Explaining technical subjects to customers with a non-technical background
