Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners via phone, email, or in-person to help them understand the value and benefits of our tech programs.

- Drive sales conversion by identifying student needs and recommending suitable programs.

- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, counseling, follow-ups, and closure.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

- Provide detailed course information, industry insights, and address queries effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or counseling role (preferably in ed-tech or inside sales).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent OR Master's in Computer Applications or equivalent.

Solid Experience of software development experience and leading teams of engineers and scrum teams.

4+ years of hands-on experience of working with Map-Reduce, Hive, Spark (core, SQL and PySpark).

Solid Datawarehousing concepts.
