UI Lead- ReactJS

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ yr experience with React JS & React Web UI
• MEAN Stack or MERN Stack Experience is required
• MongoDB, Express JS, Angular JS & NodeJS  
• Understanding of React & Redux is required
• Experience with MongoDB, Postgresql, MySQL database
• Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration and open communication
• Understanding of RESTful web services

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product design and development
Work on different areas of the platform
Build, optimise and enhance the UI performance

• 3+ years of experience in product development
• Experience with Angular 2+, Ionic 3+ is must
• Working with RESTful web services within web applications
• Should be comfortable working with git
• Should enjoy hacking things together to create a proof of concept, but always good at quality production code
• Capable of executing tasks with minimal guidance

• Hands-on with contemporary javaScript frameworks(React.js / Angular.js)
• Hands-on with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap
• Developed reusable components and libraries for frontend.
• Frontend optimization techniques to reduce latencies
• Frontend optimization for SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, design thinking
• Practical experience with engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Build desktop and mobile web applications using contemporary javascript frameworks
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
• Explore and design simple and intuitive consumer experiences
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focus on long term code maintainability
• Work in a fast-paced and agile development environment
