Strong Software Engineer fullstack profile using NodeJS / Python and React

Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 6+ YOE in Software Development using Python OR NodeJS (For backend) & React (For frontend)

Mandatory (Education) - B.Tech or Dual degree (Btech and Mtech or Integrated Msc/MS) from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes (Top 7 IITs, Top 5 NITs, IIIT Bangalore, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Allahabad, MNNIT, IIT Dhanbad, BITS Pilani). Candidates from other institutions will not be considered unless they come from top-tier product companies

About the role:

For a Customer Experience Inbound executive, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated individual - ideally a people person,

who will be able to -

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. Make the customers feel at ease and let them know that we’ve got their back.
• Identify customer needs and help them provide a 360-degree experience.
• Be part of the blended process, i.e. Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Chats, or e-mails as and when required.
• Handle Escalations of all types and nature.
• Handle E-commerce channels.
• To perform all duties to a high standard of customer care in attitude, approach, and resolution.

Pre-requisites

You have comprehensive understanding of the current design best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. You are detail-oriented, comfortable working on highly technical team, skilled in using data to make decisions. You have an inventor’s spirit, highly refined aesthetic sensibilities, solid hard skills and a killer eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant product experiences.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
4. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product ecosystem.
5. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across the products.
6. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, and senior executives.
7. Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies.

1. Receive and work on generated leads.

2. Engage with customers through phone calls to understand their requirements.

3. Guide interested customers to enroll in a demo session.

4. Conduct closure calls to finalize sales.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for iOS applications

• Supporting the entire application lifecycle from concept to design, testing, release and support

• Troubleshooting and bug fixes for applications, to ensure that codes are clean and secure

• Recommending changes and enhancements

• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• You have prior experience as an iOS Developer

• You have a portfolio of released applications on the App Store

• You are familiar with mobile product and design lifecycles

• You have proven experience in iOS development in either Objective-C / Swift

• Experience with iOS frameworks (Eg. Core Data, Core Animation etc.)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate iOS applications

• Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg. Git)

• Familiarity with various testing tools

• Candidate should have basic communication and good convincing power. 
• Candidate should be comfortable with calling. 
• Lead generation, Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. 
• Outstanding problem solving skills.
• Have great interpersonal skills.
