Design intuitive web and mobile experiences using tools such as Figma.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and product data.

Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and technically feasible.

Use analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.

What You’ll Work On

• Design end-to-end experiences for SaaS and enterprise products, from understanding the problem and user needs to delivering and iterating on the final experience.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and product constraints into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
• Structure complex products through user personas, user journeys, user flows, UX blueprints, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
• Design complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy experiences while keeping them intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Work across different user roles, permissions, modules, and product workflows, considering how decisions in one part of the product impact the overall experience.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, including components, patterns, variants, states, properties, and design tokens.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable patterns and components rather than one-off solutions, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Consider responsive design, accessibility, usability, edge cases, empty states, loading states, errors, and system feedback as part of the design process.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Identify UX problems and opportunities proactively rather than simply designing against a given brief.
• Participate in design discussions, critiques, iterations, and product decisions.
