Job Description:

• As a Telecaller and Counselor at Bansal Classes, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting aspiring students and parents in their educational journey. Your responsibilities include:
• Conducting outbound calls to potential students and their parents.
• Providing information about our courses, teaching methodologies, and the institute's reputation.
• Addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Assisting students and parents in selecting the most suitable courses and programs.
• Maintaining a database of inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with our academic team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling and counseling, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
• Understanding of the IIT, JEE, and NEET coaching industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for education and a commitment to the success of our students.
• The ability to handle both telecalling and counseling responsibilities effectively.

Backend - Adis – PV is a scientific analysis platform being built for extracting content from scientific articles and providing meaningful insights

Insights are then published in a structured way, so that they can be made accessible to end users, via feeds delivery or through the platform
