Roles and Responsibilities:

Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.

Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.

Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

Write unit and integration tests.

Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.

Work with native modules when required.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in React native and other advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks

Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS

Strong understanding of Virtual DOM, ES6, Redux, Immutable, JSX Components, Bootstrap, Material Design

Experience working with remote data using RESTful APIs and JSON.

Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

Should be able to handle projects from scratch.

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Consultant with comprehensive expertise in enterprise-level application development across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud. The role demands a strong architectural mindset combined with hands-on execution. The Consultant will also play a critical role in understanding the current system architecture end-to-end, driving technical improvements, building the tech team foundation, and establishing structured technical documentation. Key Responsibilities • Understand the complete architecture of the existing systems, including web, mobile, backend services, and cloud environment. • Provide hands-on leadership across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. • Architect and optimize enterprise-grade applications for scalability, security, performance, and reliability. • Conduct technical due diligence on current systems and propose improvements or refactoring plans. • Build the foundation for the internal engineering team including hiring support, role definitions, and best-practice processes. • Drive engineering workflows including coding standards, branching strategy, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management. • Create comprehensive technical documentation covering system architecture, API specs, deployment playbooks, and SOPs. • Review code and provide mentorship to engineering resources. • Coordinate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical design and actionable development roadmap. • Troubleshoot and resolve deep-stack issues during development or production. Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with employees, SPOCs, peers, and vendors to maintain effective, win-win relationships.
2. Vendor Management: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery by transport vendors through structured vendor management, including regular performance reviews and service level reporting.
3. Fleet Quality Assurance: Oversee that all vehicles meet required standards for maintenance, cleanliness, licensing, safety, and driver etiquette. Ensure drivers are properly licensed, well-groomed, and in appropriate uniform. Drive improvement initiatives with fleet partners.
4. EHS & Emergency Handling: Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols, especially concerning female employee safety. Implement procedures for emergency response, including handling vehicle incidents.
5. Cab/Vendor Allocation & Routing: Utilize the MoveInSync tool to plan routes based on shift rosters, aiming to optimize cost and meet defined service levels.
6. Communication Management: Maintain clear two-way communication to avoid missed pickups and service gaps.
7. Escalation Handling: Manage real-time escalations, service disruptions, and failed pickups promptly and effectively.
8. Transport Cost Efficiency: Monitor and manage operational transport costs, aiming for continuous cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
9. Reporting: Generate and share reports including OTA/OTD, No-Show summaries, and any other client-required documentation.
10. Central Coordination: Liaise effectively with the centralized THD and tracking teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Skills Required:  

• Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing employee transport for 400–500 staff in a corporate, transport Industry, or similar environment.
• Proficient in Excel with strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English and the local language.
• Prior experience with MoveInSync or similar transport automation tools is preferred.
• Willing to work in shifts; must be hardworking, proactive, and enthusiastic.

Key Qualifications

1) BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field and 6+ years of experience in building backend services with

Python 3.7.x using Django >= 2.2.1, Django REST framework >= 3.13.1, Flask >=1.1.2 and relational databases

design and maintenance.

2) At least 4 years of solid experience in working with front-end MVC framework React and caching strategies

(memcached, Redis).

3) Expertise in building microservices-based and cloud-based architectures including development and deployment

in AWS.

4) At least 3 years of experience with Web Application technologies: REST, MongoDB, MySQL, NoSQL, AWS

Lambda, API Gateway and web servers Apache, Nginx.

5) Follows coding best practices to produce tested, scalable, reliable and maintainable code.

6) Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and releasing large-scale applications.

Responsibilities

1) Understand complex requirements, scope and architect major features and perform API technical design for

junior developers to enhance the product at all layers.

2) Think in terms of future possibility of features, backward compatibility, and application performance.

3) Build cloud-based Python Django software products and implement UI components in React.js framework.

4) Write quality code (with comments, unit tests & documentation), design, implement and manage data pipelines

at enterprise scale with data migration and production data maintenance.

5) Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize, design, and build highly scalable and reliable software

solutions with REST APIs following SDLC best practices and DevOps principles.

6) Work closely with product, project and business teams to translate user feedback and company vision into

technical roadmap.

7) Possess strong product-centric mindset. You should be interested in the way software products are built and

comfortable to be proactive with your ideas and opinions.

• Managing distributors and seller and improve the efficiencies in terms of both- retention (% active, D90 retention etc.) and transaction (% transacting, count and amount of transactions from different user cohorts) of newly acquired and existing base
