Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging social media posters, promotional creatives, and editing short-form videos for digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro and a passion for creating visually appealing content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posters, banners, social media posts, thumbnails, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop
• Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and promotional content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign requirements and branding guidelines
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and motion elements to videos
• Ensure all designs and videos are delivered within deadlines
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and design concepts
• Assist in creating marketing creatives for online advertisements and branding activities

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of social media design formats and video dimensions
• Creativity and good visual storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Canva, or Illustrator will be a plus

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Django Backend Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, cloud technologies, and big data

processing. This role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of backend systems using Django.

Design and implement scalable and secure APIs.

Integrate Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.

Utilize Azure Databricks for big data processing and analytics.

Implement data processing pipelines using PySpark.

Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:
