Telesales Executive

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create product roadmaps and execute product strategies to grow the subscription business.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to ensure alignment with Product strategy
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of the subscription business.
• Identify  key levers to grow along each vector.
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive up subscriptions

Role:

• 3+ years of experience working on consumer technology products.
• You can evaluate key business goals and turn them into an effective roadmap.

• You have great problem-solving skills and have an analytical mind to work through complex user problems.

• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Sound knowledge of https://www.simplilearn.com/tutorials/java-tutorial/oops-interview-questions" target="_blank">Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries 
• Knowhow of Java concurrency patterns
• Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services

• Supervise and monitor the work of HK staff. As their manager, he/she will supervise, mentor, train, and coach our office staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Oversee general office operation and facilities management
• Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
• Coordinate company events or conferences, which will include
• Handle all correspondences, complaints, and queries about the office and office facilities.
• Manage office logistics: You will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of office supplies and equipment like stationery and furniture maintaining proper stock levels at all times
• Handle reports and contracts for different activities and vendors, creating presentations and other management-level reports.

Experience- 1 year and 2 year

Location - Navi Mumbai

Notice Period - Immediate or 15 days.

Job Description:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw & other graphic tools is a must.
• Well versed with Digital Media & other Graphic Design
• Knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage
• Cultivate a solid body of work Proven graphic designing experience

• Design, develop and maintain features, services, products that are part of a company
• Own delivery of said features and services
• Own success of the products by tracking its lifecycle with customers
• Build systems that scale horizontally
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality

• Work as an integral part of an agile software development team to build features end-to-end

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience working on teams to develop and deploy web or mobile applications
• Expertise with Javascript and NodeJS; knowledge of frameworks such as React.js is a big plus
• Experience writing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Expertise with data modeling
• Proficiency with git and Github workflows
• Expertise with test-driven development and automated testing
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL datastore
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Open to learn and work on new technologies
