Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior and junior customer support associates
• Monitor daily ticket queues, ensure SLA adherence, and drive timely closures
• Handle escalations with a customer-first mindset and ensure resolution end-to-end
• Maintain high standards of customer communication (clarity, empathy, accuracy)
• Plan and manage rosters, shift coverage, and hybrid team coordination
• Track productivity, adherence, attendance, and overall team performance
• Collaborate with Ops/Product/Tech/Finance teams to unblock and close tickets
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to reduce repeat tickets

Mandate Skills :

Role - Product Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to build and launch new skill categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and launch strategy, as well as experience in product management. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and for leading cross-functional teams to deliver on those objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with Founders
● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape

You will be the one responsible for the following:
- Defining the category roadmap globally for digital products like Gift Cards, Vouchers, Experiences, Fintech instruments, Donations, Subscriptions, etc.
- Product, place, price, and promotions of the category portfolio.
- Manage supplier relationships for a range of global categories.

Payment processing framework capable of supporting multiple payment methods (cards, netbanking, UPI, wallets, etc.) with one or more payment method supported across multiple payment gateways. You will drive engineering best practices, recruit other engineers, lead and manage teams, conduct performance reviews and mentor other engineers.
