Job Title: Project Coordinator - Fresher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support on-site civil engineers and assist the site manager with day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in civil project execution, coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project/site manager in planning and execution of project activities.
• Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely delivery of materials/resources.
• Monitor site progress and update status reports to the management.
• Maintain and update project documentation including daily progress reports, records, and material logs.
• Support quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Handle day-to-day queries and follow up on tasks assigned.
• Attend team meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing project-related events or reviews.
• Support the Site Manager in planning and monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help in preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and site layout plans using tools like AutoCAD & other.
• Assist in ensuring safety standards and compliance with company policies on-site.
• Coordinate material receipts and inventory with procurement and store teams.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other civil drafting tools (basic knowledge required).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Mandatory

• Strong Product / Business Analytics profile, with a focus on B2C digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in Consumer analytics for Product / Marketing / Business / Consumer behaviour Insights for B2C Products (Don't want logistics, operations or supply-chain focused analytics profiles, they should have worked on consumer-side analytics)
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R)
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience with KPI dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Proven ability to translate and communicate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)
• Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.
• Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).
• Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.
• Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 6 years.

• Add motion graphics and animations to enhance content appeal.
• Create social media reels, ads, YouTube videos, and digital content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging digital ads and branded content.
• Optimize video content for different advertising platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, durations, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with social media trends to create content that drives engagement, views, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video composition.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics, storytelling, pacing, and color grading.
• Ability to create viral and trend-based content for social media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
• Work with a creative, growing team in the real estate industry.

Education

• Secondary (12th Pass) or higher (Preferred).

Excellent communication skills.

Tamil, Kannada and English is mandate and Hindi is a plus point

Should have experience in the automobile industry

Roles and Responsibilities are to do Tele-calling regarding the service of vehicles (Cars, 3-wheelers, 2 wheelers etc)

3+ years of industry experience designing, building and supporting cloud-native systems in production with a solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, a deep focus on quality, and documentation

• Proven Experience writing reactive, event-driven, asynchronous code using Vert.x
