- Obtain all the necessary approvals / NOCs from respective departments of Municipal Corporation, METRO, regulatory authorities etc.
- Ensure all requisite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines.
- Submit all relevant documents and follow up with the various government / regulatory departments of the stage of approval.
- Establish, maintain and enhance working relationships across levels within the concerned government agencies / department.
- Work closely with the Management, Legal and Sales teams to enable closures of the transaction through a structural, legal, and commercial due diligence process.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, 3D rendering companies etc. to determine the specifications of the project and implement accordingly.
- Work towards any internal premise modifications and execute the same.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• You bring a proven track record of at least 8 years in product marketing, with progressively increasing responsibilities.

- Identify and establish new channel partners for tie-ups, schedule meetings with potential partners, and onboard them. Managing and nurturing the relationships with KC’s existing channel partners to ensure business volume growth.

Individual will be responsible to analyze business and technical specification, test cases creation, test cases execution and defects identification.
As a Quality Assurance Tester, individual will be responsible to provide wide range of testing services including test cases creation and execution, and performing different types of testing (Functional, System, Integration, Regression, multi-Browser)
The individual will be responsible to gather and analyze test data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include writing test plan strategies and test procedures documents as well as test cases for positive and negative scenarios. The Quality Assurance Tester will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives.
