THE ROLE
We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video and live audio. You'll be the voice and face that introduces Tamasha to new audiences — crafting reels, hosting live rooms, and sparking conversations that make people stop scrolling and start connecting.

🗣️ Language Requirement: Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages — Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam — is mandatory. Comfort creating content in these languages is a big plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form reels and video content for Tamasha's social media channels
- Host live audio rooms and shows on the Tamasha platform, engaging audiences in real time
- Localise & lead — Create South Indian language content
- Collaborate with the product and growth teams to create content tied to new feature launches and campaigns
- Track performance metrics (views, reach, shares, follower growth) and iterate based on data
- Scout trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms and adapt them for Tamasha's voice
- Engage with the Tamasha creator community and nurture early adopters
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 proven viral reel (mandatory — include the link in your application)
- Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam — spoken and written (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of content creation experience, either independently or with a brand/agency
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence hosting live sessions
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Reels editor, or similar)
- A genuine understanding of what drives engagement on short-form platforms
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what's trending

- Existing audience or following on Instagram, YouTube, or any social platform
