Criteria:

2. The candidate must have 3–6 years of experience only in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.

3. The candidate must have hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.

4. The candidate must have built and optimized customer journeys, cohorts, and segmentation within a CRM or marketing automation platform.

5. The candidate must be available for a face-to-face (in-person) interview.

6. The candidate must be currently based in Delhi/NCR only.

Description

Role Overview: -

We are looking for a Retention Marketing professional who will own the customer lifecycle post-acquisition. The role focuses on improving repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), and reducing churn through data-driven retention strategies across multiple owned channels.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Own end-to-end retention and lifecycle marketing for D2C / e-commerce customers
• Design and execute email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notification campaigns
• Build and optimize customer journeys, cohorts, and segmentation
• Improve repeat rate, LTV, frequency, and retention KPIs
• Plan and execute loyalty programs, referrals, and win-back campaigns
• Collaborate with performance, product, and tech teams for funnel optimization
• Analyze customer behavior and run A/B tests for messaging, offers, and timing
• Own CRM dashboards and reporting on retention metrics

We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with a focus on scaling best

practices, reducing engineer toil, and ensuring reliability and stability of the NST Blockchain Platform. This engineer will also work with all engineers to understand pain points and find a balance in the “now” vs the “future”, while also proposing foundational Blockchain. This individual will need to take into consideration performance, reliability, stability, and developer happiness to ensure that we are providing a world-class community-building experience for our internal team, external contributors, creators, and users.

Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role

includes, but is not limited to the following:

1. At least 3+ years of work experience in blockchain related projects

(preferably enterprise blockchain)

2. Good knowledge in Hyperledger Fabric related projects.

3. Knowledge of Data Structures is preferred.

4. Good with either one of the programming languages: JavaScript or Golang

(preferably Golang)

5. Experience working with some DevOps tools like docker, docker-compose,

ansible. (Knowledge of Kubernetes is even better)

6. Experience working with both SQL & NoSQL Databases, DB Migration,

Disaster Recovery.

7. Should be able to manage a small team, in terms of work management,

coding sessions, code review.

8. Good communications skills.

9. Additional certification in either Hyperledger or Kubernetes is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in Front React Native development
• Experienced in using Mobile Views on iOS and Android
• Good understanding of MVC frameworks
• A knack for writing clean, readable React-Native code
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Understanding Agile Development and Scrum practices

• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.

• Expert with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) to design wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Can create pixel-perfect visual designs with a strong sense of aesthetics, especially font pairings, typography and spacing.
• Has stronghold on common UX patterns, UI -Patterns.
• Aware of emerging technological trends and understand their impact on design.
• You can work independently and have high ownership of getting things done. You take the lead in discovering problems and execution.
