Technical Coordinator (R&D)

We are looking for motivated Growth Sales Executives who will drive Snapsight's revenue growth through strategic prospecting, technical sales expertise, and customer-centric engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive prospecting and generate qualified leads.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Deliver personalized, technical product demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with product and technical teams.
• Maintain and optimize sales processes and CRM usage.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven sales or growth role experience in technology or SaaS.
• Technical product understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions.
• Strong proactive growth mindset and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Prior experience with AI-driven SaaS products.
• Familiarity with automation-driven sales processes.

Hiring Process:

• Initial screening call
• Practical sales scenario assignment (prospecting and deal closing simulation)
• Technical/product understanding interview
• Final round (culture fit and strategic discussion)

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations

Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and business teams for seamless finance support

Job Profile 

As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating hiring, induction, training and coaching of sales team and distributor.

• Continuously engaging/enhancing capability of the team through personal intervention
• Developing reporting mechanism for sales staff
• Managing regular review, system and processes with frontline sales staff and distributors
• Contributing towards achieving penetration and share objective
• Influencing distributors to carry stock and adhering to route plans that ensure implementation of trade and consumer promotional plan
• Ensuring adequate daily stock replenishment to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets through accurate forecasting
• Utilizing market intelligence to build quality retailers data base to launch focus sales drives
• Ensuring to achieve width and depth of distribution norms for company products through sales staff and distributors
• Overall value/volume target achievement in assigned territory

• Create printable format ads for any outdoor advertising of our projects when required.

• Able to design creatives in a unique, trendy and impressive way.

• Work closely with the IT team in completing projects
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
• Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure
• Create scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives
• Test and develop software for client applications
• Create documentation for software created
• Utilize source debuggers and write or modify client software

• Proven experience as a PHP developer in a competitive environment
