Job Description :

We are looking for two AI Engineers with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP. One of them must have a strong Azure background and be well-versed in Azure AI services.

Key Requirements :

• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP
• Azure AI Expertise (For one of the roles):
• Azure AI Search
• Azure AI Document Intelligence
• Azure AI Foundry
• Development & deployment of RAG-based chatbots and AI agents using Azure AI
• Programming : Python (Intermediate to Expert Level)

Core Backend Skills

• Node.js Mastery
• Deep understanding of event loop, async patterns (Promises, async/await).
• Experience with frameworks like Express, NestJS, Fastify.
• Writing scalable APIs (REST), middleware, and modular code.
• Database Expertise
• SQL/Postgres – schema design, complex joins, indexing, query optimization.
• Knowledge of transactions, isolation levels, and migrations.
• Basic familiarity with ORMs (Sequelize/TypeORM/Prisma) and raw queries.
• Architecture & Design
• Ability to design backend systems
• Good understanding of API versioning, caching strategies (Redis).

Frontend (Average Skill Expected)

• Comfortable with React (or Nuxt/Vue) for building and maintaining UIs.
• Basic understanding of state management (Redux, Vuex, Pinia).
• Familiarity with component-based architecture and UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind).
• Can debug UI issues but not expected to be a design/UX expert.

Other Expectations

• Code Quality – Writing unit tests (Jest/Mocha), code reviews, and maintaining clean architecture.
• Problem-Solving – Strong data structures and algorithmic skills (not as intense as SD3/Architect).
• Collaboration – Able to mentor juniors, break down tasks, and work closely with product and QA.
• Performance & Security – Understands security best practices (OWASP) and performance profiling.

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing, developing & deploying the product

3. Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code

4. Translating wireframes and PSD designs into functional responsive apps, Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs

5. Binding UI elements to JavaScript object models, work with native modules when required

6. Creating RESTful services with Node.js

7. Developing scalable web architectures

8. Working in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

9. Creating unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of code

As a UI/UX Artist, you will be working on the overall user experience of the game in all aspects and phases of production, you propose solutions to translate game design requirements into usable and memorable graphical user interfaces

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

• You will work closely with the Product Managers and Game Designers to create clean, clutter-free, user-centric, trendy and easy to understand user interfaces (UI) for mobile games.
• You need to be dedicated to researching and playing hundreds of mobile games to understand best practices in the Industry.
• Work on the UI design (Flows, Menus and HUDs) as per requirements.
• Explore and create high fidelity mockups and then the individual graphical elements needed for mobile screens, including iconography.
• Create wireframes or modify existing screen flows based on design specifications or feedback.
• Apply and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the UI.
• Ability to make design decisions and take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts.

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

• You should have a background in graphic design/interaction design/HCI related areas. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in mobile games/apps.
• At least shipped 5 apps/games as an UI/UX Artist.
• You are proficient with prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other software for creating flowcharts, wireframes and Final UI Design mock-ups.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D is a plus.
• Strong foundational graphic design skills (colour theory, composition, typography etc).
• Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow.
• Bring art to life while improving the UX with visuals.

Educational Qualifications:
