What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex systems: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate at scale.
• Architect high-performance backends in Kotlin (or JVM langs) that handle real-time routing and IoT data.
• Craft scalable React UIs that power ops dashboards and parent-facing apps.
• Drive cloud decisions across AWS, Azure/GCP—optimising costs for our bootstrap runway.
• Apply DSA/system design to solve hard problems like dynamic route optimization and predictive scaling.
• Shape the engineering roadmap: propose, prioritise, and ship features with founders.
• Mentor juniors while executing solo on high-impact bets—no layers, just results.

We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on engineering where you've owned and shipped production systems (prove it with code/stories).
• Elite CS fundamentals: advanced DSA, system design (distributed systems a must), design patterns.
• Mastery of Kotlin/Java + modern React; real AWS experience (EC2, IAM, CLI—you know our stack).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Must have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development (Java,Spring Framework), Deployment(Apache Tomcat & Nginx)

• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.

• Knowledge & hands-on experience of Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security, JSP, Apache Tomcat, Nginx is a must.

• Must have experience with Bootstrap CSS, jQuery etc.

• Basic Understanding of PostgreSQL, MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.

• Relevant Knowledge of Java GUI frameworks according to project requirements.

• Experience in handling external and embedded databases.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new modules, patches & Updates/upgrades for an existing application (developed in-house by the client)

• Bug fixing, and updating of software.

• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.

• Maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.

• Write well-designed, testable code.

• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience developing Node.js applications on top of RESTful APIs.
• Experience building single page applications using JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React)
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web.
• Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts.
• Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.
• Proficient in Git and familiarity with continuous integration.

We are seeking extremely smart & independent senior developers who are gung ho about building large scale systems that are going to have a big impact on millions of customers. You will:

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of products working closely with business team.
• Independently own software components and co-own entire applications with a small group of fellow developers.
• Formally mentor junior software engineers on the team, reviewing design documents, (peer) reviewing code, providing design direction and guidance.
• Build performant, scalable, yet secure, enterprise ready back end architectures that can support millions of users in parallel.
• Establish strong engineering best practices and champion their adoption.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in software product development and delivery.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably computer science or sister branches) from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background.
• Able to take ownership of working with at least one of mobile or web app teams for complete integration with backend.
• Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations.
• Have strong backend knowledge and cloud development exposure.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development.
• Worked with at least 1 RDBMS (Mysql preferred).
• NoSql is a plus.
• Have used or are very hands-on with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Ant, Kafka, GIT/bitbucket in a very agile work place.
• Writing high quality code which is made better by unit tests and integration tests is how you work.
• Comfortable with exploring proven open source tech stack like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Prometheus, caches like Redis/Memcached, task queues like celery, to name a few.
• Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack will be a good plus.

We are looking for an ASP.NET Developer to be responsible for designing and monitoring applications. The responsibilities of ASP.NET Developers include writing code, designing solutions for applications, and improving functionality.

To be successful as an ASP.NET Developer, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, high-quality coding skills, and the ability to manage your time efficiently. Ultimately, a top-notch ASP.NET Developer should have superior knowledge of software development, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently.
ASP.NET Developer Responsibilities:

ASP.NET Developer Requirements

• Previous experience as a Developer.

Requirements:

• Understands detailed requirements and demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
• Excellent programming skills in ROR, Golang, NodeJS, Python
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results
• 4+ years of experience in product driven organization
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute
• Experience in Golang, RoR, Unity, ML or Python will be an added advantage
