Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers with strong expertise in building scalable microservices-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, containerized deployments, and DevOps tools.

✅ Must-Have Skills :

• Java – Strong programming skills in core Java.
• Spring Boot (2.x / 3.x) – Deep understanding of microservices architecture and patterns.
• Microservices – Design and implementation experience.
• Kubernetes – Experience deploying and managing microservices
• Jenkins & Maven – Build and CI/CD pipeline experience
• PostgreSQL – Experience with relational database management

✨ Good-to-Have Skills :

• Git – Source control management
• CI/CD Pipeline Tools – End-to-end pipeline automation
• Cloud & DevOps Knowledge – Experience with cloud-based deployments

Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization. 

About you:

● 3- 5 years of experience

○ Spring

○ PostgreSQL

○ Redis ○ Docker

○ Message brokers

○ GitHub

● These non-functional areas are familiar to you

Who we are looking for

A candidate who can design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Role Requirements:

• Experience in Java-J2EE Development
• Hands-on experience in Struts (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) framework.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, Procedures
• Hands-on experience in Spring boot, Spring batch
• Should have worked on application servers like IBM WAS / Jboss / Web logic.
• Knowledge of basic Linux commands and BIRT reporting tool is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in SVN or any other version control is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Build tool like ANT, Maven is an added advantage
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.

Should be Graduated in the year (2021/2022) (BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech)

Must have experience on Java, Spring MVC / Boot, Hibernate / MyBatis 

- Must have experience on building large scale application

- Strong understanding of Web Architectures, E-commerce solutions 

- Strong understanding of any MySql / Postgresql 

- Strong understanding of any Redis / Memcached / Mongodb / Elasticsearch 

- Hands-on experience on GCP / AWS would be an added advantage 

- Hands-on experience on Kubernetes / Docker would be an added advantage 

- Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket 

- Writes well managed and clean codes

Responsibilities:

• Design, code and debug cloud-native applications.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development

• Deep understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or Google)

• Experience with large scale distributed systems

• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems

• Prior experience with data encryption, TLS/SSL is a strong plus

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

• Deep experience with Java

• Excellent communication (writing, conversation, presentation) skills, consensus building, Quick learner
  Good to have experience in Production support - Tier 4
