Role & Responsibilities

Achieve Revenue and Market Share Targets:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints patiently.
• Note customer responses, objections and feedback.

Requirements-

• 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Good communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Positive attitude, patience and persistence.

We are looking for a "SAP MM/WM/EWM" for a Reputed Client @ Permanent Role.

Experience:5-8 Years

Skills:

• Candidate should have a good experience on MM/EWM with S/4 conversion project experience

• Must have done at least 1 S4HANA Implementation project.

• He should independently handle the queries from customer on different phases of the conversion project.

• He also should have the knowledge on different functionalities of conversion like Data Migration, Delta process/Functionality, SAP Fiori adoption

• He also should have good experience on Customer Vendor Integration – CVI Conversion

• Should have knowledge on cross functional module of SD.

• He also should take care of the testing phase on the existing processes and actively involved in addressing the queries from customer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or 365.
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• 4+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• 3+ Years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis &requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
• Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards.
• Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Azure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hands on experience with Team Foundation Server. Responsibility :
• Implementing & extending Dynamics CRM software & inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practices to ensure its features are utilized to their fullest.

• Strategies for engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, keeping in touch with all the latest Trends on Social Media for brand development.
• Oversee all existing clients, along with overview and maintenance of social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Behance,etc.
• Coordinating with the team to create relevant and engaging content which will add to the Recall Value.
• Audit and analyse social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement.
• Get in touch with businesses which would be interested in our services and products, both international and domestic.
• Should be active 24/7 on Social Media and ensure that Our Online Presence is always active, by liking, commenting, sharing, tagging and retweeting relevant content on all platforms.
• We need someone who knows how to reach the masses by tailor making content to attract followers.
• We need an influencer with a large social media presence, who know all the cheat codes required to increase our online presence and following.
