Job Description:

this position, you will be reaching out to decision-makers (CXO/VP/Directors) across North

America & Europe to introduce our SaaS platform. Ideal for ambitious folks who want to learn &

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-ups

• Understand customer needs and requirements

• Route qualiQied opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development

and closure

• Achieve lead & revenue target and achieve quarterly quotas

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements and skills:

• Should be willing to work in US Shift (3:30 pm to 1 am IST)

• 0- 3 years of experience and ready for in-ofQice work in Bangalore

• Strong phone presence

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• BE/MBA/B.Sc degree or equivalent is preferred

• Previous experience with B2B SaaS sales would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications for MRO services, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create efficient back-end systems with languages Java and integrating APIs and databases.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate / JPA.
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Develop user-friendly front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks React or Angular.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.
• Familiarity with Java/JEE concepts (exception handling, collections, memory basics).
• Experience in developing backend services for web applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security concepts (JWT, OAuth2, authentication/authorization).
• Ensure smooth workflows by optimizing code, reducing delays, and upholding quality standards.
• Support ongoing inquiries by troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications.
• Prepare for increased demand by integrating expeditors and third-party inspection (TPI) tools within the next month.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in industrial or service-based applications.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Python/Java/Node.js, REST APIs) and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/NextJs)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and server-side operations.
• Familiarity with MRO services or industrial workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Description: ​

As a Full-stack Java Developer, your main tasks will be to:​

•  Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support​
•  Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architects to understand the business requirements ​
•  Translate them to technical solutions in the application​
•  Write technical specifications and ensure proper traceability with detailed specifications & v-code​
•  Create and implement good practice of coding, testing and deploying​

• Experience in architecture design will be a plus (N Tiers, Serverless...)​

Your Profile:​

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent discipline​
• 5-10 years of overall experience in professional software engineering​
• Angular 4, HTML5, CSS2/3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Testing Jasmine or other tools Experience required​
• Hard core hands-on experience with various Java / web technologies and frameworks: Spring (Core, Security, MVC), Hibernate, JPA, REST, JMS, Maven; etc.​
• Have a very good knowledge about design patterns and development principles SDLC.. ​
• Proven/previous experience with CI/CD & Agile ​
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude​
• Excellent written and oral communication skills​
• Track record on GIT usage​

What You’ll Do

• Build a scalable, reliable, operable and performant data analytics platform for Uber’s engineers, data scientists, products and operations teams.
• Work alongside the pioneers of big data systems such as Hive, Yarn, Spark, Presto, Kafka, Flink to build out a highly reliable, performant, easy to use software system for Uber’s planet scale of data.

1. Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

2. Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone to promote Bit plane and its product range

3. Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e‐shot, mail shot)

4. Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities

5. Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns

6. Organizing visits for Bit plane Regional Sales Engineers when required

7. Recording of all sales activities in the CRM

8. Market research feedback

9. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager
