About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy System Administrator with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM/ERP, Google Workspace, and related tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing digital systems, handling user accounts, integrating platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company's tech infrastructure — all remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM/ERP — user setup, configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting
- Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Gemini, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets) for all team members
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions across platforms
- Handle integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Amazon Cloud
- Provide technical support to employees for system-related issues and tool onboarding
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, backups, and security across all platforms
- Set up and manage email configurations, filters, and organizational settings
- Coordinate with vendors or tool support teams for issue resolution
- Document system processes, SOPs, and IT policies
- Assist in onboarding new employees with tool access and login setup
- Identify and recommend new tools or process improvements to enhance productivity
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Executive
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/ERP — configuration, workflows, modules, and user management — mandatory
- Strong expertise in Zoho integrations with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Amazon Cloud — mandatory
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace — Gmail, Gemini, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets — mandatory
- Basic knowledge of other Zoho tools (Zoho People, Zoho Mail, Zoho Projects) is a plus
- Experience managing user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
