Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight of recruitment delivery and operations. Partner closely with the business teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with People’s strategies.
- Use industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent in technical or business baseline.
- Determining current hiring needs and producing forecasts
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
