Identifying new sales leads targeting international market
Knowledge of end to end life cycle of Recruitment, RPO, Managed Service ( MSP) and Staffing solutions
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Strong networking in handling international market ( Europe, North America, APAC, UAE)
Mapping the prospect clients in IT industry and generate the leads
Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate RPO & MSP business deals
Must be well versed with email marketing, lead generation, demand forecasting, market research, social media selling, sales enablement, sales funnel building, cold calling, LinkedIn reach out
Must have knowledge of the basis lead generation tools and processes
Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated voice calls transferred by L1 agents or supervisors.
- Provide expert-level support for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain ownership of tickets through resolution, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, etc.) to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for the clients.
Assist in creating a digital strategy for the clients. These are SMEs, hard on cash but high on hope so we have to be extra wise with what we suggest!
Get things done from the CG team. You see, since you will interact with the client, you will know what they want and you alone will have to make sure that the work gets done!

Product management
- Work closely with the product team to translate abstract business & product requirements into crisp technical specifications along with a delivery roadmap
Product Development
- Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
