Their mission is to provide quality spaces for youths looking for hostel options and to other travelers across locations in India. They provide clean and hygienic dorms and private rooms along with different facilities like Wi-fi, travel helpdesk, fully stocked kitchens, lockers and laundry services, etc.

They are currently providing 800 beds in 13 locations, and plan to add another 1600 in the next few months, with the aim to add at least a lac bed in the near future. The spaces offered by them are highly rated by their customers and are preferred over other competitors for the location and services offered within a decent budget. Invested by some very well known names across Asia, it provides their team with a work culture that thrives on modern yet social and explorative values.


What you will do:

• Turning your hand to any channel, any audience
• Staying updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice and tonality for consistency
• Prioritizing and delivering urgent projects within quick turnaround times
• Selling work, creating powerful fun, quirky copies that clearly explain themselves
• Working closely and collaboratively with Designers, Social team and Marketing team
• Working to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality

 

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

• 2-3 years experience in advertising/social media agency is a must
• Ability to work alone, and be happy to team up with different creatives, as well as speak out and add value during larger brainstorms for fast-turnaround briefs

Job Description:

Business Development

1. Handling fresh enquiries via phone call, email, walk-ins and assisting with their educational goals.
2. Provide academic advising and guidance to prospective lead, students from the point of enquiry to enrolment.
3. Adhere to defined outreach timelines accurately and consistently; responding to student outreach within a 24-48 hour window.
4. Follow up calls/emails to the prospective students
5. Updating CRM effectively and adhering to admission process.
6. Achieve Admission goals for programs
7. Submit daily activity report to immediate superior
8. Provide presales input in terms of collecting target audience database, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign etc.
9. Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans

 

Student Relations

1. Attendance Management
2. Student Relations & Grievance Handling
3. External Visits & Events Coordination

 

 

 

    Specific Skill Set :

• Professional experience in achieving admissions for academic program.
• Familiarity with higher education and online learning environments.

• Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills
