Sr Product Designer

We are looking for a Node.js Lead Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

As a MERN Stack Developer / Software Architect, you will play a crucial role in the architecture, development, and leadership of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences, while also ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture and Technical Leadership: Design and develop the architectural roadmap for the website and mobile app. Lead and mentor a team of 8-9 MERN Stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Full Stack Development: Hands-on contribution to the development of complex features and functionalities using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js ) stack. Implement robust and maintainable code that aligns with industry standards.
• Scalability and Performance: Collaborate with the team to optimize application performance, ensuring that the platform can handle increased traffic and usage while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, conduct regular code reviews, and implement best practices for software development. Ensure that the team follows coding, testing, and documentation standards consistently.
• Technical Evaluation: Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the development process and overall product quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the MERN stack and software architecture domain. Share knowledge and promote a culture of learning within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on MERN stack development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications and mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Previous experience in a leadership or technical mentorship role.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js .
• Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Role Responsibilities-

● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.

● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.

● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.

● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.

Requirements -

● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary

● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary

● Prior experience in Growth marketing is good -to have

● Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is an advantage

•  5 to 10 years of work experience as a .net developer

Core Responsibilities:

-Will be responsible for architecting, scaling and optimizing the entire technology platform across website and mobile for Zupee's Gaming Studio in alignment with the business vision.

-Will work closely with the founders, technology, product, marketing data science, data analytics, design, research & innovation, user relations team to identify opportunities for innovation and technical hurdles to business success.

-Will lead the evaluation and identification of the right technology stack for delivering Zupee's product portfolio.

-Will be responsible for driving the technology stack or engineering function-related people or team, processes, capabilities, and tools.

-Will establish key engineering-related metrics to measure product-stack mix success and optimization as the situation changes.

What are we looking for?

-Must have experience working in the Startup domain.

-Should have at least 9+ years of overall experience in engineering and must have played a leadership role, out of her/his overall experience.

• Maintain Existing relationships & maintain healthy nature of business to generate the Referral programs with Travel agencies and Consolidators
• Handling the Business Development activities in his/her area, assigned
• Identify & Develop Business Opportunities for product solutions for tie-up in terms of large groups of Taxi man, Selling salient points & get them to enrol along with other taxi friends of them, whilst driving things in very social & friendly manner
• Providing training on Mobile app interface and managing its implementation
• Identify opportunities to sell product & solutions in order to generate revenue for the organization by presenting new/existing products and services and enhance existing relationship
• Ensure optimum usage of the Mobile app provided to Taxi fellows & give them basic training of the mobile app to make them understand & increase the usage pattern
• Making Daily sales calls to get to the taxi people and engage with them in formal & informal way for adoption of the mobile app
• Organise small training session in office to get them more understanding
• Introducing VAS services like paying taxes, insurance, RTO regulatory paper filling & take them to centre/offices for guidance
• Encourage them to make more enrolment & design a referral program new products and functionalities on the applications of existing clients / OLTAs.
• Should be able to find new avenues & targets for finding new Taxi Operators by tie-up with Existing Database, cull out from internet the required churn of new people to call & meet them personally
• This is sales with personal driven strategy to achieve required set of targets & maintain relationship with them as well
• Solve queries of existing drivers & encourage them to resolve other queries when they are fully equipped
• Organise multiple training programs, Learning Workshops, Complaint of Mobile app for increasing overall business from exiting & new mobile app signup
• Ensuring effective achievement of targets and preparation of reports.
• Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective customers.
