• What You’ll DoLead by Example:

Be a hands-on contributor — writing clean, scalable, and production-grade code.

Review pull requests, set coding standards, and push for technical excellence.

• Own Delivery:

Take end-to-end ownership of sprints, architecture, code quality, and deployment.

Collaborate with PMs and founders to scope, plan, and execute product features.

• Build & Scale Teams:

Mentor and coach engineers to grow technically and professionally.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Drive Process & Best Practices:

Implement strong CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release processes.

Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

• Architect & Innovate:

Make key technical decisions, evaluate new technologies, and design system architecture for scale and performance.

Help shape the engineering roadmap with future-proof solutions.

• What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MERN Stack or Python/Django/Flask, or GoLang/Java/Rust.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ownership mindset.

Role - Dot Net developer

Experience - 3+ year

Location - Surat

Salary - Depended on Knowledge ( 6LPA to 12LPA)

We are searching for a quality C# developer to develop code and .NET solutions for our business. In this role, you will be required to design, write, and maintain C# coding for our future and ongoing projects. A top-quality C# developers will be able to perform full-stack development as well as handle the creation, maintenance, and further development of .NET applications and programs.

Responsibilities:

● Developing C# .NET solutions for the organization.

● Creating in-house applications using the .NET framework.

● Debugging and maintaining written code.

● Defining and organizing projects on an ongoing basis.

● Reporting and resolving issues related to .NET projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
4. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
5. Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
