Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, preparing business proposals, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The role requires strong communication skills, understanding of legal documentation, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to analyze client profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Proposal Management

• Prepare business proposals based on client requirements.
• Work on RFPs, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate with internal teams for inputs.
• Analyze client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and support conversion of leads into active clients.

2. Agreement & Legal Documentation

• Review and provide inputs on Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Service Agreements.
• Negotiate contract clauses to ensure alignment with business interests.
• Recommend legal alternatives, risk mitigation strategies, and protective clauses.
• Review and vet Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Prepare addendums for pricing changes, additional services, or process revisions.

3. Contract Management

• Maintain an updated database of signed client agreements.
• Track agreement expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Support agreement closure by verifying commercial and operational details with internal stakeholders.

4. Internal Coordination & Handover

• Coordinate with operations teams post-agreement closure.
• Share approved commercial terms, scope of work, turnaround time (TAT), operational requirements, and client specifications.

5. Business & Profitability Analysis

• Periodically analyze client profitability and share insights with management.
• Recommend pricing or process improvements when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in service-based industries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, HRSD)

and strong scripting and data-handling skills.

This role focuses on translating real enterprise workflows into structured, data-driven AI training tasks, helping improve reasoning and understanding within AI systems. It is not a platform configuration or app development role — instead, it blends functional ServiceNow knowledge, prompt engineering, and data design to build the next generation of intelligent enterprise models.

Key Responsibilities

·    Define decision frameworks and realistic scenarios for AI reinforcement learning based on ServiceNow workflows.

·    Design scenario-driven tasks mirroring ServiceNow processes like case handling, SLA tracking, and IT incident management.

·    Develop and validate structured data tasks in JSON, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

·    Write natural language instructions aligned with ServiceNow’s business logic and workflows.

·    Use SQL queries for validation and quality checks of task data.

·    Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model reasoning.

·    Collaborate with peers to expand and document cross-domain scenarios (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Create and maintain documentation of scenario patterns and best practices.

Required Experience

·    4–6 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Deep understanding of cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management processes.

·    Proven ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios mapping to ServiceNow operations.

·    Exposure to AI model training workflows or structured data design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

·    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM / CSM / HRSD)

·    Exposure to AI/ML workflows or model training data preparation.

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing 

Mandatory Skills: Scripting (Javascript, Glide Script), JSON Handling, SQL, Service Now Modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and Prompt Engineering.

Skills Required:

- Good experience with programming language Python
- Strong experience in Docker.
- Good knowledge with any of the Cloud Platform like Azure.
- Must be comfortable working in a Linux environment.
- Must have exposure into IOT domain and its protocols ((Zigbee & BLE ,LoRa,Modbus)
