Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing the digital presence and creating brand awareness for our clients. Your primary focus will be to build and engage communities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our clients, strategize social media campaigns, generate creative ideas, write compelling copy and collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing video and image content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients.

- Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Generate engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful video and image creatives for social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and interaction.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
Requirements
- Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, only in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including branding, content marketing, and community management.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with video and image editing tools is a plus.

Requirements / Experience:
- 4-8+ years of PHP application development experience
- Strong Experience using Laravel/CodeIgniter/ Symfonyframeworks
- Strong experience and theoretical knowledge of PHP
- Front end and back end development expertise
- JavaScript (Vue.js, React, node, Typescript, RequireJS)
- Front end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
- Good background with SQL Databases (writing queries, optimization, query builders usage, ORMs)
- API development and documentation (OpenAPI)
- Troubleshooting (ability to react in the most effective manner to eliminate technical issues)
- Solution-Making (ability to propose the most effective technical solutions)
- NoSQL experience is nice to have
- Ability to work on existing live projects and do the modifications as required.

About the Role:
It is the product that sells, not just the idea. We are looking for a top-notch Sr. Product Designer with deep understanding of design principles and experience to back it up. Help build a brand and product that is loved by its users. Mainly focusing building the design system , of which components will also be exposed to clients as UI Kit. Experience with design systems and leading a project is highly appreciated. You will wear multiple hats and also help across branding, landing page, product discussion and much more. Who you are:
Experience with building a Design System and Component based designs.
3-5+ years of professional product design experience, bonus points if it was for SaaS platforms.
Expertise in product design (UI, UX, and Research) and modern tooling e.g. Figma, Miro, etc.
Ability to work well in fast-paced teams that ship often.
Experience in high growth startups and building minimum viable products.

Responsibilities and Duties
