We are a Series A funded Indonesian online group buying platform that helps people connect with like minded people who want to buy the same item/product at a discounted price.  The team is spread across India and Indonesia, and is led by experienced founders who have founded, set-up, scaled and exited businesses across India and Indonesia. We have raised our first round of funding, and are growing extremely fast. We are actively looking for Full Stack developers to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to implement both back-end and front-end software solutions to serve both internal and external customers. The position entails working in an agile team to develop Java- and React-based projects that support our system.

• Design, implement and test full-stack solutions using Java, Spring and React
• Design robust spring system that can support 2-5mil users.

• Work alongside other team members to integrate various components into finished product
• Work closely with product owner to create stories
• Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user experience and user engagement.
• Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed
• Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions
• Assist in developing and maintaining continuous integration pipelines

Salary range : 15 lpa - 30 lpa or more depending on candidate experience.

Overview of the Role

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and build performant modern web applications and services. Build high quality web applications and services by writing clean and modular code

Must have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in leading teams and delivering product, write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of web applications and services. 
• Measure and improve performance of microservices.
• Catalyze growth within the team through code reviews and pair programming to maintain high development standards Investigate operational issues to find the root cause and propose improvements Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Stripe’s engineering teams.
• Expert level of experience in design and development of Web Applications, highly scalable distributed systems.
• Should have experience in development skills using latest technologies including NodeJS, Microservices, Elastic search, Timescale DB, Kafka, Redis, etc.
• Should have exposure in NoSQL and SQL development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of physical and logical data modelling, performance tuning.
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Build high performance teams and Coach team for successful career growth
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and designing schema

Desired Background

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications

· 3+ years java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

· Hands on experience on Spring boot & Microservices .

· Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

· Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment.

· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
