Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless app experiences.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with JSON data parsing, asynchronous programming, and real-time data handling.

• Participate in regular code reviews and follow best practices in mobile development.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues, optimize app performance, and write unit tests.

• Learn and apply Git-based version control, task tracking, and agile workflows.

⸻Required Skills & Knowledge :Programming & Frameworks:

• Proficiency in Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native).

• Good understanding of OOP and functional programming principles.

• Experience with:

• Flutter: Widgets, navigation, state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.)

• OR React Native: Components, Redux, Context AP

IComputer Science Fundamentals:

• Basic understanding of data structures (arrays, stacks, queues, hash tables).

• Knowledge of basic algorithms (sorting, searching).

• Awareness of time complexity and code efficiency.

• Solid grasp of programming concepts like variables, loops, conditionals.

Mobile Development Concepts:

• Experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps.

• Understanding of responsive design, Material Design, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

• Familiarity with asynchronous operations (async/await, Promises) and REST API integrations.

Networking & APIs:

• Basic knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, request methods, and status codes.

• Hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing.

• Understanding of API security, including authentication and SSL basics.

Tools & Technologies:

• Familiarity with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

React Native Developer Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website loading speed.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
• Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.
• Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.
• Be a part of a React Native developer community that shares knowledge and assists one another when problems arise.

React Native Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, React.js, Flux, and Redux.
• Strong command of the JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to identify with FullStack clients' goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.
• You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with your coworkers.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

-Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax  

-Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms  

-Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms  

-Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native  

-Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming 

-Strong knowledge and experience in either iOS or Android native application development

• Lead the app team to develop apps using Flutter for both Android & iOS platforms.

Required Skills

• Must have 8+ years of experience in native mobile development (Android / iOS).
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Flutter with Dart.
• Must have worked and successfully deployed apps on play-store/app-store using Flutter.
• Experience with any of the state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, Mobx, etc.
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to match the design as closely as possible.

We’re looking for a Senior Android developer who will take a key role in our team. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced application features for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Resolving/ fixing bugs and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
• Proven working experience in Android app development and Kotlin.
• Have published at least one original Android app.
• Experience with Android SDK.
• Experiece with Flutter Development
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, threading, offline data storage, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
